Bayam masak bawang putih

Kaya kandungan zat besi dan kalsium

untuk 4 porsi

Yang Anda perlukan:

500 g Bayam China

2 potong jahe tua, diiris-iris

3 siung bawang putih, diiris-iris

2 sdm minyak

Bumbu:

1 sdt kecap

1 sdt gula

Yang Anda lakukan:

Cuci dan petik bayam sekitar

Panaskan minyak.

Tumis jahe dan bawang putih sampai wangi

Masukkan bayamnya.

Tambahkan bumbu dan panaskan selama 5 menit

Sajikan.
